Choose from three pathways: STILLNESS & INNER LISTENING - to quiet the mind and awaken inner wisdom. PRESENCE & ANXIETY RELIEF- to soothe stress and return to the moment. CHAKRA ALIGNMENT & ENERGY BALANCE - to restore harmony throughout the body and energy field. Each session is intuitively tailored and may include visualization, reflection, and grounding practices to leave you feeling centered and restored. Cancellation Policy
One-on-One Guided Meditation – Booking Guidelines Each session is a dedicated space reserved just for you, a time to slow down, reconnect, and be supported in your Inner Journey. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full experience. Missed Appointments Sessions missed without notice are considered complete and are non-refundable. Packages (if applicable) Packages are to be used within 6 weeks of purchase and are non-transferable. By booking, you honor a gentle commitment to your well-being.
