My life’s work has always been rooted in self-care, presence, and helping others find alignment with themselves. For over 17 years, I supported clients through esthetics and advanced skin care, work that naturally opened the door to deeper conversations, emotional release, and personal transformation. I learned early on that confidence isn’t created on the surface alone; it grows when we feel seen, supported, and aligned within.

As a Certified Life Coach through Mindvalley, I integrate modern transformational coaching and mindfulness with Reiki and crystal energy work. These teachings guide how I support clients in gaining clarity, releasing old patterns, and intentionally planting new seeds for the life they want to create.

My approach is holistic and intuitive, blending coaching and  energy work. Through experiences such as the Inner Journey Facial, clients are invited into deeper self-reflection, releasing stored tension, anger, disconnection, and emotional burdens, while reconnecting with spirit, truth, and inner freedom.

Whether through coaching, meditation, or hands-on healing, I offer a grounded and compassionate space where transformation unfolds gently yet powerfully.
