Distant Reiki Energy Work 30 Minutes + Post-Session Integration Energy transcends distance. Through Distant Reiki, healing light and intention flow effortlessly beyond time and space, reaching you wherever you are. Each session begins with a brief Zoom connection to tune in to how you’re feeling—emotionally, physically, and energetically. From there, I create a sacred space just as I would for an in-person session, cleansing the room and inviting in universal life force energy. During the 30-minute treatment, I focus deeply on your energetic field, intuitively guided to where balance and harmony are most needed. You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, lightness, or peaceful release, as energy begins to move and realign. Some clients notice visions or a loving presence—others simply feel a profound calm settling through their entire being. Afterward, I take a few moments to reflect and record intuitive impressions or messages that arise during the session. We then reconnect—by phone or Zoom—to share insights, observations, and integration guidance for continued healing.
