Following My Inner Compass: How Reiki and Coaching Awakened My Path

There comes a moment in every healer’s journey when the heart whispers, “It’s time.” For me, that whisper began as a quiet ache — not just in my body, but in my spirit. Years of helping others through esthetics had given me deep joy, but I began to feel the pull toward something more expansive. My hands, once my greatest tools of care, started to ache; my sleep was restless, and my energy felt scattered. Deep down, I knew my body was speaking — guiding me toward another layer of healing, a deeper alignment with purpose.
That’s when I discovered Mindvalley. What began as curiosity soon became a journey of self-renewal. I immersed myself in courses on energy work and the Mind Silva Method of meditation and visualization. Though I had meditated for years, this practice helped me understand brain waves and how our inner states shape our outer experiences. As I explored deeper, I realized that energy — the unseen current connecting mind, body, and spirit — was calling me to share it in a new way.
During this time, Reiki became not just a practice but a language of light — one that speaks directly to the soul. I began blending it naturally into my meditations and noticed the harmony it brought: the quieting of the mind, the softening of pain, the gentle reawakening of hope. Reiki reminded me that energy moves where intention flows — and that healing begins the moment we invite it.
Stepping Into Coaching: A Guided Expansion
My journey with Mindvalley continued, leading me to their Life Coaching program. Years before, I’d had a life coach who helped me elevate my esthetics career and open to greater abundance. This time, however, I felt ready to be that guide — to help others move from heaviness to lightness, confusion to clarity, burnout to balance.
As I completed the coaching program, something clicked. I wasn’t meant to leave behind the healing arts; I was meant to expand them. To merge the grounded structure of coaching with the intuitive flow of Reiki. This became the foundation for Inner Compass Heart Coaching — a space where transformation happens from the inside out.
Here Are Some Ways Life Coaching and Reiki Can Support Your Transformation
Clarifying your vision: Together, we uncover what truly matters to you — the dreams and values that align with your soul’s direction.
Setting achievable goals: We gently transform big dreams into inspired, manageable steps that feel grounded and attainable.
Building confidence: Through reflection, encouragement, and energetic alignment, you begin to trust your inner wisdom and unique gifts.
Releasing limiting beliefs: Reiki and coaching work hand in hand to help you clear patterns and thoughts that no longer serve your growth.
Creating accountability: With compassionate check-ins and supportive guidance, you stay motivated, focused, and aligned with your evolving path.
Each of these steps helps you navigate with your own inner compass — moving forward with clarity, confidence, and heart-centered alignment.

How Reiki Deepens the Coaching Experience
In my six-session coaching package, I include three 30-minute Reiki sessions — either in-person or distant, both equally effective. Reiki flows beyond time and space; it reaches wherever the energy is needed most. These sessions serve as sacred pauses within the coaching journey — moments for integration, release, and realignment.
Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, or deeply relaxed afterward. Some experience subtle emotional shifts that ripple through their daily lives — old beliefs softening, confidence returning, or a calm sense of direction emerging. It’s in these moments that the power of combining Reiki and coaching truly shines.
When energy clears, the mind listens. When the heart opens, transformation begins.
Why I Do What I Do
Every client I meet reflects a part of my own path — the desire to feel balanced, understood, and empowered. My purpose is to walk beside each person as they discover their strength, direction, and healing potential. Whether through physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental healing, my work helps clients reconnect with their inner compass — that quiet knowing within the heart that says, “This is who I am.”
I chose the name Inner Compass Heart Coaching because it perfectly mirrors what I believe: that compassion and intuition are our greatest navigational tools. Through gentle guidance, powerful questions, and the healing presence of Reiki, I help clients realign with their truth — not by giving answers, but by helping them remember what they already know.
The Coaching Experience: Listening, Trust, and Transformation
A key principle in my approach is the 70/30 Rule — the client speaks 70% of the time, while I hold space and listen for the wisdom beneath their words. This balance allows insight to rise naturally. When paired with Reiki energy, these conversations become deeply transformational. It’s not just coaching; it’s energy work through dialogue — an intuitive dance between presence and awareness.
Together, we use tools like daily intention-setting, mindfulness, and visualization to anchor growth between sessions. These practices create a rhythm of self-discovery, helping clients shift from old patterns into possibility.

A Guided Invitation
If you’ve been feeling stuck, scattered, or disconnected from your sense of purpose — perhaps this is your moment to listen inward. The combination of life coaching and Reiki offers not just clarity, but energetic renewal. It’s a space to breathe, reset, and align with the version of yourself that’s ready to emerge.
As Richard Bach wrote:
“It’s good to be a seeker, But sooner or later you have to be a finder. And then it is well to give what you have found, A gift into the world for whoever will accept it.”
That’s what this work is for me — a gift I now offer to others. May your own inner compass guide you toward peace, healing, and the radiant truth of who you are.
Your goals are within reach. With gentle guidance and your own courage, you can transform your dreams into reality. Trust the process, and trust yourself.
